Hello People!!!
Yes! I am doing things just a tad bit differently and launching Volume 3 of the Fashion Entrepreneurship Course even though my flyer is not ready yet. Long story but hopefully... it should be soon enough. But seeing time waits for no man and I am about to send out mails advertising this Course, I thought I should let you guys know about it first!
SO! What are we discussing this month?! Yup! The heading says it all! Colours & Fabrics!
Truth is every individual uses colours and fabrics and colour is a VERY important element of design. Whether you're a professional working in a bank, or you're an event planner or an interior decorator, you need to understand colour and fabrics and how to use them effectively. Individuals also need to understand which colours are suitable for certain body shapes, e.g. light colours as bottoms make pear shaped bodies look bigger and the likes so really.... this particular course is for everyone not just fashion entrepreneurs.
I remember when I was at KPMG I used to choose the colours I would wear depending on which meetings I had. Why? Because colours pass certain subliminal messages to people and most times they worked. If I had to pick up a cheque from a client, I knew which colour to wear, if I had to meet with a tax official, I knew which colour to wear. After all, there's a reason why Men in Black wear Black!
And of course! Weddings! My goodness! Enough weddings these days. Well known concern of brides and event planners is the issue of colours. A major headache I tell you! And how about interior decorators. I could go on and on about why this topic is vital to everyone but need I continue???!!!
SO!
Without further ado, here's me introducing the Fashion Entrepreneurship Course (Vol. 3) Drumroll please...... :-D
